Terms of use
The deal. Foyer gives your request a guaranteed place to be seen. In return, you agree to use it honestly and respectfully.
Your content stays yours. Anything you submit — text, images, documents, links — remains your intellectual property. By posting it publicly, you allow it to be displayed within Foyer's showcase. Only submit content you have the right to share.
Being seen is guaranteed; a reply is not. Every request reaches the host's inbox. The host reviews requests on time set aside for it, and decides freely whether and how to respond.
House rules. No spam or bulk submissions, no impersonation, no harassment, no unlawful content, no malware or deceptive links. The host may remove inappropriate public content and may decline or remove accounts that break these rules.
Visibility. You choose whether each request is private (host only) or public (visible to all signed-in members). Choose thoughtfully — public means public.
No warranty. Foyer is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and secure, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect damages or for the content of external links submitted by members.
Changes. These terms may evolve as Foyer grows; material changes will be noted on this page.
