Privacy policy
What Foyer is. Foyer (meetfoyer.com) is a space where you can send a request — a meeting, a pitch, a collaboration, an introduction — to the host, privately or publicly. This policy explains what we store and why.
What we collect. When you create a profile: your name, email address, role and (optionally) company. When you make a request: the content you write, files you attach, and links you share. When you chat in a thread: your messages and attachments. That's it — no tracking pixels, no advertising profiles, no sale of data.
Who sees what — you decide. Visibility is the sender's choice. A request marked private is visible only to you and the host. A request marked public is visible to everyone signed in to Foyer. Thread conversations are always private between you and the host. The host can remove inappropriate public content but can never make your private content public.
Where it lives. Data is stored with Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), protected by row-level security. The site is served by Vercel. Notification emails are delivered by Resend.
Emails we send. Only functional ones: sign-up confirmation, and notifications about your own requests and threads. No marketing.
Your rights. You can ask us to correct or delete your profile and everything you've submitted at any time — contact the host through the platform or email privacy@meetfoyer.com. Deletion removes your profile, requests, messages and uploaded files.
Changes. If this policy changes materially, we'll note it on this page with a new date.
